Shipping policy


General

Items purchased are subject to stock availability. we as a responsible business try to maintain the accurate stock counts however there may be a stock discrepancy from time to time. if this happens, we will try to contact you and find the best solution that suits you.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note there may be delays in transit sometimes due to flight disruptions and capacity constraints.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Time

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. we offer flat $10 Standard Shipping for orders of less than $99 and free Standard shipping for orders of $99 and above. Express Shipping is $15 for orders of less than $99 and $7 for orders of $99 & Above. It takes 2-8 business days for domestic shipments (depends on the kind of service you have chosen).

Local pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at [North Ward, Townsville]. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are [2PM-4PM] on [Saturday-Monday]. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most of the countries unless there is any flight disruptions due to Covid-19.  Also please note there are some countries that are currently not accepting parcels. So as a customer, it is your responsibility too to check it.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Mannat Jewelz is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@mktraditionalcollection.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Currently Sendle does not provide shipping to P.O. boxes. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at  info@mktraditionalcollection.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
